Professor Jennifer Gill

Jenny is Professor of Applied Ecology at the University of East Anglia. Her research focusses on the conservation of breeding waders and understanding how environmental changes impact migratory bird populations. She has previously served as Chair of British Trust for Ornithology and President of the British Ornithologists’ Union (BOU), and she currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of IBIS, the journal of the BOU.
